Hohou: (Shunpo) [flash step in English dub] Yoruichi Shihōin was given the title "Goddess of the Flash" (瞬神, Shunshin), as she is Master in the Bleach Universe for shunpo.
Zanjutsu: (how well you fight with a sword, Kenpachi Zaraki is a good example)
Hakuda: Hand-to-Hand Combat (Mashiro is a good example of someone that relays on it)
Kidō/Cero: (is the spells of bleach, Momo Hinamori is a good example of a person that is a master at Kidō) If you are a Visored, how well you do ceros with a mask on will be tied with how well you can use Kidō.)

Resurreccion state can be completey different then your Shinigami/masked Shinigami state. You might not have any skill in Kidō as a Shinigami but be able to use the strong variants of cero in Resurreccion. You only get to use Cero Oscuras or Cero Metralleta if you are a Master in cero. You can use Gemelos Sonído if you choose to Master Sonído. If you choose to know Gemelos Sonído, Cero Oscuras, or Cero Metralleta you only get one Master rank. Personality: strong willed, willing to help other in need, leadership, honorable, prideful, careing, and lonely hoping to find his one true love and finally settle down and have children.

Pre-Shinigami Years: born into the Noble Kuchki family and is the younger brother of Byakuya Kuchki and is also the stronger of the two. only ever Kuchiki to have risen to the rank of supreme commander of the royal guard and the spirit kings personal bodyguard. also the only current captain that doesnt have to abide by soul societys rules.

Academy Years: his hair finally turns all silver and was the only shinigami to ever pass the academy with such his marks without using a sword master of hado, bakudo, shunpo, and Hakuda.

Gotei 13: after his graduation from the academy he became the 3rd seat for the 6th divison under the command of his older brother. after a month in the Gotei 13 all members are permitted to take a test and if they pass with flying colors they get a chance at a captains exam which well he passed with flying colors and took the captain exam and choose to fight one of the 13 captains which he choose to fight the captain commander at the time yammoto rikufuni genryusei and they fought on par so he got promoted to captain of squad 2 with his lieutenant as Soi Fon they were childhood friends so they got along well and for awhile they were more then just friends but after 5 years serving in the Gotei 13 he was promoted yet again to the supreme commander of the Royal Guard the only man to set foot in the Royal Familys palace after 7 years of serving in the royal guard he became the Spirit Kings heir and then 1 year following that Yammamoto Rikufuni Genryusai passed away and it torrmented him cause he not only was his mentor and master but he was also his god father.

he then by rights given to him by the spirit king himself took command of the Gotei 13 and became the captain of the first divison at the same time his older brother Byakuya was promoted to the Lieutenant of the first divison.
